Applying for a Permit
It is recommended that if you are hiring a contractor to perform any project that he or she applies for the permit(s). This is to ensure that they hold all the required business license(s) and/or State licenses necessary to perform the work as well as to ensure they provide any information pertinent to the project to the permitting office.
