James Thomas, Jr., Mayor of the City of Hinesville do hereby declare and proclaim September 28 through October 4, 2015 as “Diaper Need Awareness Week” in the City of Hinesville and encourage the residents of Hinesville to donate generously to diaper banks, diaper drives and those organizations that distribute diapers to families in need to help alleviate diaper need in Hinesville and the community.
