Georgia Cities Week 2019: Downtown Stroll

Friday, April 26, 2019

Join us for the Downtown Stroll on Friday, April 26 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. in Bradwell Park. Attendees can enjoy a Touch-a-Truck area for kids to see vehicles from the Hinesville Fire Department, Hinesville Police Department and Public Works Department - along with meet some of the staff that drives them! Children's activities will be set up in Bradwell Park, including self-serve games (like corn hole) and sidewalk chalk. Additionally, we will be painting rocks for the City's Hinesville Rocks! initiative (coming May 2019). Finally, the Healthy Hinesville campaign will kickoff with walks through the downtown area and through the Old Jail. Walks will begin at the gazebo in Bradwell Park at 5:45 and 6:15 p.m. and take approximately 45 minutes. This event is free and open to the public. The Downtown Stroll is happening as a part of the City of Hinesville's Georgia Cities Week 2019 event calendar. Details can be found at cityofhinesville.org.
