Answer: The City of Hinesville has several types of licenses: Commercial or home based business license, Peddler/Transient Merchant license, and Alcoholic Beverage License.

Answer: Yes, however certain restrictions may apply. Check with the business license office for guidelines.

Question: I live in the county. Can I use a P.O. Box from the Hinesville Post Office to obtain a business license?
Answer: No, all businesses must have a physical address in Hinesville, whether commercial or home based.

Answer:You will need to apply for a transient merchant license.
