Permit Requirements |
- Generally for residential construction, two copies of the site plan, floor plan, wall section, and blueprints are required at the time we receive your application to build.
- Copies of your business license along with positive identification are required when applicable.
- A list of your sub-contractors is needed i.e. plumbing electrician, heating and air, framer, landscaping, drywall installation, brick mason, cabinet installation, concrete, insulation installation, painter, roofer, and tile/floor covering.
- Commercial construction can require up to seven copies of stamped engineer plans.
