Services Provided

Hours of Operation:

  • City Hall Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Drive Thru Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1st - 15th only)

Due Date

 

How to Start Water Service
All water bills are billed at the end of each month and due upon receipt.
  • All payments are processed on the day received.
  • Payments made on the 15th after 5 p.m. are charged a 10% penalty on the balance due.

If you have any questions about billing, contact the Water Department .

 
  • Have copy of lease or purchase agreement.
  • Have one picture I.D.
  • Bring to City Hall.

  • American Express

Credit & Debit Cards are accepted only at City Hall at the main counter. No credit cards or debit cards will be accepted at the drive thru or the UCH office at the Marne Center.

   A $100 deposit is required on all new water accounts. This is to be paid before service is turned on . Military Waiver of Deposit

If you are Military, you may receive a Waiver of Deposit if you agree to the following terms:

  • You must pay your bill in full each month prior to the 15th.
*If at any time you fail to keep your bill current, you may be required to pay $100 deposit.
