Welcome to the City Manager's homepage for the City of Hinesville. Mr. Billy Edwards, City of Hinesville 's City Manager, is appointed by City Council. The City Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the City and oversees all departments of City government. The Manager's office includes the City Clerk, Information Technology, Human Resources, Water & Sewer, and Community Development.
