Eligible applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Legal Owner Must Apply
- Low to Moderate Income Household
- Property within Hinesville City Limits
- Mortgage Payment Current
- Property Taxes Current
- Home Insurance Current
Projects are selected based on application date, financial need, severity of current living conditions, and funds availability.
Funding is currently available for the Owner Occupied Rehab Program and applications will be accepted September 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022. See the application section for further details.

In person: Applications are available Monday-Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm in the Community Development Department of City Hall located at 115 East MLK Jr. Drive, Hinesville, GA 31313.
